Errors in Submitted Files  Popping Customs Fabric Printing will not proofread artwork or submission before printing.

Popping Customs Fabric Printing assumes that the files and artwork submitted by Buyer are correct and represent what Buyer desires.

Popping Customs Fabric Printing may, at its sole discretion, identify to Buyer possible errors in spelling, grammar, and the like.

Popping Customs Fabric Printing is not responsible for the condition of Buyer’s files and artwork, including, without limitation, inferior image quality or poor resolution, sizing, quantity, color matching (Buyer may want to provide a hard copy of desired product) and design errors.

Files should be JPG, seamless and have 300dpi resolution, including all the elements used in the design. Please keep in mind that the actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on a computer screen. This is due to how light is emitted from screens to our eyes versus light is reflected from fabric to our eyes. Because you see the reflection of light off of your fabric it makes a considerable difference in what lighting you are viewing your fabric.

Return/Cancellation Policy 

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any custom printed fabric.

 In the unusual case of a flawed piece of fabric we will offer a replacement piece.

 Any flaw must be photographed and emailed to us within two days of receiving the package.

 We do not allow cancellations once an order is placed.

We are not responsible for poor quality custom files.

Files need to be Seamless with 300dpi resolution in JPEG format Please include your scaling (what size you want the design to be) your yardage and your fabric base. We are a direct to consumer business, no middle man! We print in house right here in Popping Customs ,Cali.
